Fashion Tip Of The Week
Makeup Tips:
It's never good to wear too much makeup because it really shows and people can tell. So first, my advice to you guys is don't wear too much makeup. If you are ages 9-12, I suggest a light bush of foundation so it isn't that obvious that you have makeup on. After I would also suggest a light layer of lip bomb and lip gloss just to give your lips a little shine and sparkle. If your ages 13-17 I suggest a light layer of foundation with a light brush of blush under the cheek bones and beside your eyes and hair line. After I also suggest a light layer of eye shadow (any colour you want) with one stroke of mascara on your eyelashes (optional). Just to tie your makeup together add a light colour of lipstick or lip gloss, never put on too much lipstick/lip gloss and don't put on a dark colour also because it doesn't look the best. If you are ages 18 or older I suggest a layer of foundation, with blush under the cheek bone. For your eyes I suggest a darker shade of eye shadow of the colour you choose to put on the lower half of your eye lid. Then a lighter shade to put on the rest of your eyelid, then an even lighter shade to put on your skin from the top of your eye lid to the bottom of your eyebrow. Then a layer of mascara on your eyelashes and a light line of eye liner on your water line on your top eyelid to give your eyes that boldness. Then some chap stick under any lipstick you want, and remember don't put too much lipstick on :) .

Also people are getting into that sweatpants and leather boots time of year so you can choose to follow the fashion craze at this time of year or do your own thing. I wrote this quote because I started realizing that fear stops everyone from doing most things. If someone has a fear of something, then they won't do that thing that they have a fear of because they are scared to do it. But what if that one thing you have a fear of is blocking out so many things that you can do but you don't do it because you are afraid of that one thing. For example if you have a fear of flying, you can't go on an air plane, and since you are scared to go on an air plane it blocks out all those places that you can go to, to have memories and explore new things that you will have forever in your life. But since you are scared of that ONE thing you won't be able to do all those other things and have great experiances.

Delicious Berry Icing
This delicious berry icing tastes amazing with a simple chocolate cupcake recipe.
It is easy to make so you won't have a problem making this icing.
I would like to give credit for this recipe to the Canadian Living Magazine
I will post a link at the bottom of this post, so if you want you can go to the website and look at some of the other delicious icing recipes.
Easy Butter Icing
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) butter, softened
6 cups (1.5 L) icing sugar
1/4 cup (60 mL) whipping cream or milk
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla
In a large bowl, beat the butter until it's smooth. Beat in sugar alternatley with cream, with 3 additions of sugar and 2 of cream. Beat in vanilla. (Make-Ahead: Cover and refridgerate for up to 2 days; let it stand in room tempature for 1 hour to use.)
Berry Icing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup (60 mL) seedless raspberry jam
1/4 cup (60 mL) blackberry jam
In a large bowl, beat together the Easy Butter Icing, rasberry jam, and blackberry jam.
Using a piping bag fitted with large star tip, pipe icing onto tops of the cupcakes.
Top each with a black berry.

Holiday Cookies and Cupcakes
The holidays are coming, Winter cookies and Christmas cupcakes are always a nice and delicious treat for family and friends!
Also it gives some of that Holiday Spirit to the people you love.
During the holidays when you have friends and family over it is always good to have some type of holiday dessert for your guests.
Making or getting some nice holiday cookies and/or cupcakes is always a favourite in most families.
If you have some kids coming for that holiday dinner you can bake some simple cookies for the kids to decorate. For example you can bake sugar or short bread cookies, ginger bread men, or buy a ginger bread house so the kids can put it together and decorate it not only making a delicious treat for the family, but they will be using teamwork to put it together!
I hope you guys will use some of these ideas for your upcoming holiday dinners!
